Terms of Service
Introduction
Welcome to Signals Fantasy Intelligence. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Signals Fantasy Intelligence ("Signals," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of our website at SignalsFantasy.com and our fantasy football application (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase a paid subscription. If you are between 13 and the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these requirements and that your use of the Service does not violate applicable law. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information - Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with others - Notify us immediately at support@signalsfantasy.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account - Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten the security or integrity of the Service, expose us or others to legal risk, or otherwise materially harm Signals or other users.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment
Signals offers both free and paid subscription tiers.
a. Paid Subscriptions Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and any other clearly disclosed amounts to your designated payment method at the start of each billing cycle. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.
b. Free Trials If we offer a free trial or promotional period, we will disclose the length of the trial, the price that will be charged after the trial ends, and how to cancel before billing begins. Unless we expressly state otherwise, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before renewal.
c. Price Changes We may change subscription prices prospectively. We will provide the advance notice required by applicable law before a price change takes effect on your next renewal term. If you do not agree to the new price, you must cancel before the renewal date.
d. Cancellation & Refunds You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or any other cancellation method we make available. Cancellation will stop future renewals and take effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires an earlier effective date. Except as required by law or expressly stated by us, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
4. License to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Signals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Except for this limited license, no right, title, or interest in the Service is transferred to you, and Signals reserves all rights not expressly granted. This license does not include the right to: - Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service - Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Service - Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent - Resell or commercially exploit any portion of the Service
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party fantasy sports platforms (for example, Sleeper, ESPN, MyFantasyLeague (MFL), and Yahoo) to import your league data. Your use of those third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Signals is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those platforms unless expressly stated otherwise, and we are not responsible for third-party data, content, services, or platform availability. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any integration at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, rankings, and data comprising the Service — including but not limited to the Signals name, logo, trade dress, text, graphics, and analytics models — are owned by or licensed to Signals and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
Player names, team names, league data, and other third-party content referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners.
7. User Content
The Service may allow you to submit content such as league notes, preferences, prompts, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant Signals a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, host, reproduce, store, and display that content solely to operate, maintain, improve, and support the Service. If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you also grant Signals a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. You represent that you own or have the rights necessary to submit any content you provide and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights. The license granted in this Section includes the right to use submitted prompts and feedback to improve, evaluate, and develop AI features within the Service; however, any such use for model training or development will employ de-identified or aggregated data, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: - Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation - Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users - Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its related systems - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service - Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, OR ACCURACY. FANTASY SPORTS INVOLVE INHERENT UNCERTAINTY, AND THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AI-ASSISTED OUTPUTS, RANKINGS, TRADE ANALYSIS, OR PROJECTIONS, IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME OR RESULT FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SIGNALS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Signals and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
12. Artificial Intelligence Features
Signals Fantasy Intelligence incorporates artificial intelligence ("AI") features to enhance fantasy football analysis, trade evaluation, rankings, and related functionality. By using any AI-powered feature within the Service, you agree to the terms set forth in this section.
a. Permitted Use of AI Features AI features within the Service are provided solely to support fantasy football activities, including but not limited to player evaluation, trade analysis, draft assistance, start/sit decisions, and rankings interpretation. You may use AI features only for these intended purposes in connection with your personal, non-commercial use of the Service.
b. Prohibited AI Conduct You agree not to engage in any of the following with respect to AI features of the Service: - Spamming or flooding AI features with excessive, automated, or repetitive queries designed to degrade the Service - Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with AI features without our prior written consent - Attempting to manipulate, jailbreak, extract underlying model weights or system prompts, or otherwise subvert the intended behavior of any AI feature - Inputting false, misleading, or malicious data with the intent of corrupting AI outputs or deceiving other users - Reproducing, selling, licensing, or redistributing AI-generated outputs from the Service for commercial purposes without our express written consent
c. Nature of AI Outputs; No Reliance AI-generated content within the Service — including player recommendations, trade valuations, rankings, and analysis — is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. AI outputs are probabilistic in nature and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. You acknowledge that fantasy sports involve inherent uncertainty and that no AI tool can guarantee specific outcomes. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
d. Disclaimer of Liability for AI Misuse Signals is not liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from your misuse of AI features, including your use of AI outputs for purposes outside the scope of the Service or your reliance on AI-generated content for decisions with real-money consequences.
e. Usage Limits & Enforcement We reserve the right to impose rate limits, usage quotas, or other technical controls on AI features at any time without notice in order to maintain Service quality and prevent abuse. Accounts found to be in violation of this section may be subject to temporary throttling, suspension, or permanent termination at our sole discretion.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved on an individual basis. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Otherwise, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration may be conducted remotely or in the county where you reside, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Signals waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised effective date and, where appropriate, by email or in-product notice. Material changes will apply prospectively after the revised effective date. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and, if applicable, cancel your subscription or request account deletion through available account tools. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, threatens the security or integrity of the Service, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise unlawful. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, together with any provisions that by their nature should survive, shall survive termination.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Signals with respect to the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Signals shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of the Service resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, telecommunications or infrastructure failures, third-party platform outages or API deprecation, cyberattacks, labor disputes, or changes in applicable law.
